We perform daily maintenance and watch over the uptime of your systems and services. Our system administrators and service desk colleagues monitor your applications and platforms and respond to threats and disruptions. If you choose Managed Hosting, you choose standard procedures written down in a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Your colleagues can contact our service desk for all their questions and when they need support.

We install the standard security updates on your systems and actively intervene if incidents occur. You remain primarily responsible for your own applications, but we can offer advice and support for change management and application updates.
